Recycling at it's prettiest!

How cute are these tote bags! All made by hand by one of our fav local girls Emma from unused vintage tea towels.....finished off with vintage lace trims....this is definitely one of the cutest forms of recycling we've seen!

Throw in your togs and towel and you're Summer ready!

Such a stunning and versatile piece that can be dressed up or thrown on with some denim for Summer....feels beautiful on and is super comfortable and easy to wear....

Tom Petty WE LOVE YOU!!

We really go weak at the knees for Tom Petty....thanks to Dee and her trusty ipod, we have been listening non stop to Mr Petty for the past few months.....and now I'm totally obsessed!!

I'm turning 30 on Tuesday and to celebrate I bought myself my very own Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers tour tee from 1980 which was the year I was born.....Groupie?;)

It was a very proud moment...with my new Tom Petty "Southern Accents" vinyl...

I think he may be a little old for me now......but a girl can still dream right!

I'm so happy to be able to celebrate my 30th with such an amazing friend like Dee....and I get to hang out with her everyday day at work....when your Boss is also one of your best friends and you get to laugh together everyday then that's pretty good I say....

"30 is the new 20........unless you're 20......then 30 is the new 40";)

I think we can safely say we LOVE each delivery more than the last....soft as....well....silk dresses in sorbet pastels and icy pinks to tip you right into Spring....beautifully cut with that perfect amount of detail that Zimmermann do so well.

Spring........are you still there?

Okay, so maybe we can't make our minds up......maybe when it's cold, we long for Summer.......then the sun starts to shine and we wanna wear our favourite jacket that very sunny day!......then we think okay okay, the suns out so let's embrace it with a white cotton dress.....no wait, it's raining.......put on some cute booties?.....the sun comes out again.....now we're hot.....when's Winter?............

With fashion schizophrenia like this......lucky the weather can't make up it's mind either!

Often the most simple items of clothing are always the hardest pieces to find....a pair of well cut pants, a beautiful little black dress, a white tee with just the right amount of drape, the perfect pair of jeans.......and a great pair of strappy sandals for Spring with just enough detail to make them just.....well.....perfect.
